DCE Championships can be viewed via the internet
For those unable to come and watch the DCE Championships on Saturday, but who don't want to miss it, we can soften the blow: the entire day's event can be watched via a live 'webcast' by means of a camera in the stadium. And that's not the only thing.
Every 10 seconds, the webcast will display a new image of the field. At the bottom of the screen you can read which corps is currently on the field and the latest scores from the Open Class prelims will also be shown. The webcast will last from 9.00 in the morning until late at night. This is the first time that this medium is being extensively used by DCE.
However, there is still more. During the day, Drumcorpsmedia.com will publish photos live in the Gallery on drumcorpstalk.com. Their own website drumcorpsmedia.com will also be displaying photos.
