Add your own events to Drumcorpstalk

Publish Date: 21 Nov 2005 - 798 views

Registered users of drumcorpstalk.com are now able to add their own events to the calendar. This can be used to draw instant attention to your event from the many hundreds of people who visit the 'European online community' each day.

Your event will not only be added to the calendar, but also to the front page of drumcorpstalk.com (this is done automatically from 30 days before the event). This is the ideal opportunity to promote your event to maximum effect! You can also add a website link and/or photo to your message. There are a few rules for adding an event:

â?¢ It should be a public event which is open to everyone (a members-only party is not public).

â?¢ Always add the name of the organisation (association), start time of the event, admission price (if applicable) and a brief description. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information; DCE does not accept any responsibility for incorrect or out-of-date information. You must amend the details yourself if any changes should occur.

â?¢ Events must be related to drum corps, (corps style) showband, color guard or indoor percussion.

â?¢ DCE has the right to modify or remove posts which do not conform to these rules.

This new service is completely free and is available 24 hours a day. We hope the service will provide an extra opportunity to draw attention to events. You can start to add events right away. The calendar can be found by clicking on Calendar at the top right-hand corner of drumcorpstalk.com followed by 'Add New Single Event' at the bottom right of the screen.
