High Brass to perform in New York
High Brass have been selected to perform at the 33rd International Alliance of Jazz Educators Conference in New York next year. Chosen on the strength of the band's recent studio album, 'Time For A Change', the band were selected from over 4000 other applicants and are the only British big band performing at this year's event.
Recognised as the largest gathering of the global jazz community, upwards of 7,000 educators, musicians, record executives, exhibitors, media, and enthusiasts are expected to attend. The conference HQ will be The Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers which are located in the heart of midtown Manhatten and NYC's famed Theatre District.
High Brass will perform in the Sheraton's Trianon Ballroom on Thursday 12th (Day 2 of the conference) at 1pm. More news shall be announced shortly.
